more demonstrations!

how did i get stuck doing yet another demonstration? it is by far the least favorite part of my job! anyway, preparing for this demonstration is going to be a little difficult as my foot is all bruised up from a soccer game last friday. we usually play barefoot in our TKD room after classes. this last time i got stepped on during the game. as you all know the ease with which i bruise, i am sure you can imagine the pretty colors on the top of my foot. at least the blue is starting to fade to purple.
