I remember laughing to myself when someone suggested that my new schedule would help cut the hours I work down to 8 hours a day. I remember thinking my new schedule would only make things worse. Well Friday I got to work at 9:45am and left work 11:30 pm. Now I didn't work for one hour while I was taking class. Maybe its just my math but I still can't make those hours add up to only 8.
I just keep telling myself that I love my job--which is true--and that I usually only work 9 or 10 hours a day. That being said, I am very thankful it is the weekend so I can rest.
